Founded in 2009 (with the predecessor UNI/DY/DY Tooling established in 2007), UNI/DY Tooling is headquartered in Shajing, Bao’an District, Shenzhen, China.

Recognized as both a National High-Tech Enterprise and a Specialized and Innovative Enterprise, UNI/DY Tooling has built nearly two decades of expertise in automotive tooling and precision manufacturing. Today, we are a trusted global supplier specializing in automotive injection tooling and precision optical components.

We provide end-to-end engineering and manufacturing solutions, covering the development, design and production of automotive lighting systems, interior components and exterior trim applications. Driven by an unwavering commitment to precision manufacturing, we have established two modern manufacturing campuses in Shenzhen and Huizhou, creating a fully integrated production platform for global automotive programs. Our manufacturing infrastructure includes more than 100 advanced production systems, ranging from 260-ton injection molding machines to South China’s largest 2,800-ton four-shot injection molding machine, together with an advanced machining network of 73 CNC machining centers, including five-axis machining centers. This comprehensive manufacturing capability enables us to deliver highly complex tooling solutions with exceptional precision, efficiency and production reliability for automotive customers worldwide.

From concept development to mass production, UNI/DY Tooling provides one-stop customized solutions for automotive lighting tooling and precision optical components, serving global automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers and lighting manufacturers.
Powered by three intelligent manufacturing campuses in Shenzhen and Huizhou, our integrated production platform features South China’s largest 2,800-ton four-shot injection molding machine together with multiple five-axis CNC machining centers, enabling us to manufacture some of the industry’s most demanding automotive lighting tooling—including ultra-long full-width taillamps, complex matrix headlamp systems and other large-scale, high-precision applications.
Driven by our AI-enabled digital engineering platform and supported by dedicated project management specialists, we provide accurate Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis, end-to-end project lifecycle management and micron-level precision manufacturing. Manufacturing Campus 02 Huizhou Injection Molding Center

Established in 2020

Starting with just five injection molding machines, our injection molding operation has rapidly expanded into a comprehensive manufacturing center equipped with 33 advanced injection molding systems, supporting a wide range of automotive production programs.


Comprehensive Injection Molding Capabilities
Our facility is equipped with South China’s largest 2,800-ton four-shot injection molding machine, advanced 2,400-ton color-matching injection molding systems, and a complete fleet of machines ranging from 260 to 2,800 tons. This extensive production platform supports more than 95% of automotive injection molding applications, from small precision components to large, complex exterior parts.

Global Manufacturing Excellence
In 2025, our annual injection molding production value exceeded RMB 100 million, with products exported to Mexico, the United States, Germany, India, Thailand, and other international markets. Today, we continue to provide reliable manufacturing solutions for automotive customers worldwide through advanced production capabilities, consistent quality and dependable delivery.

Manufacturing Campus 03 Huizhou Tooling Center

Established in 2025

Built as a large-scale precision tooling facility, the Huizhou Tooling Center is equipped with advanced manufacturing systems, including large-format spotting machines, dual-head EDM systems and a 3.1 m × 2 m five-axis CNC machining center.

Fully Operational in 2026
Since becoming fully operational in 2026, the facility has undertaken approximately 45% of the Group’s tooling manufacturing capacity, focusing on the production of medium- and large-sized complex tooling for automotive applications.

Our experienced R&D team has secured more than 40 utility model patents, driving continuous innovation in tooling design, precision machining and injection molding technologies. These proprietary technologies enable us to overcome complex engineering challenges while continuously improving product performance, manufacturing efficiency and production reliability.
To further advance intelligent manufacturing, UNI/DY Tooling has independently developed proprietary inspection and process control systems, together with an integrated BOM (Bill of Materials) management platform, creating a digital manufacturing environment that enhances production management, quality assurance and operational efficiency.
